Entrecard Has The VERY Best Blogs on the Internet

new zealand bluff signpostI have been a member of Entrecard for almost a year now.  This is a great place to advertise, network and learn new ways of making money online.  The only problem with entrecard is that I spend WAY too much time reading a lot of the cool blogs I come across.  One of my favortie categories is “Cooking and Dining”  – I can get lost in there.    (I hope Entrecard can figure out a way to keep the today.com blogs in our community)  I came across an awesome blog today called Eating In New Zealand -  this blog takes you across many eateries, cafes, restaurants, and some bars and clubs in the beautiful country of New Zealand.  Whether you live in New Zealand or are planning a visit you need to visit this Site - Bookmark it – you’ll find:

1)  Restaurant Reviews: all the hottest spots in town
2)  Blog posts about the different types of cuisines, from the authors personal experience and research
3)  Interesting tid bits about New Zealand food, cafe, and eating culture in general
4)  Info on wine and spirits of the region

New Zealand has a British based cuisine with Mediterranean  and Pacific Rim influences.  This mix creates a mouth-watering range of flavours and food in cafes and restaurants throughout the nation.  The best cuisine from New Zealand emphasises the quality and freshness of New Zealand produce from land and sea, best when shared during the dinner hour, the main meal of the day, when families gather and spend their evening together.

This Blog has made me add New Zealand to my list of “Must Visit” locations.  I never realized the wide variety of interesting cuisines that could be found in NZ.  The pictures and descriptions of food in this blog are amazingly tempting and always leave me drooling – I can’t wait to visit New Zealand.  As soon as I get there I’ll rush as fast as I can to the Empress Gardens in Auckland and order up some Chilli leave prawns and some Chilli sour wontons.  I can’t wait!

I agree with you 100%. Eating in New Zealand is a wonderful blog.

I agree with you about the value of Entrecard. Of course, there’s a lot of “cut and run” traffic, but I’ve attracted some great visitors (and comments) and have found some fantastic blogs through Entrecard.

Considering all the blogs out there, how is one to find the better ones? Entrecard makes that process easy. I’m glad to be a member and I’m here for some time.

It’s a shame about the Today.com blogs. I’ve been busily bookmarking some of my favorites before they stop appearing on EC.

Entrecard’s been very good to me. Brings me a lot of extra traffic and a lot of it “sticks.” I know some people don’t see its value, complaining that it’s “drive by” traffic. But my opinion is that EC brings me traffic, but it’s my job to keep it.

I will agree that EC is a great way to advertise, and find some very good blogs to read.It also is a great way to find some very helpful, and friendly people as well here in the blog world.

I also love Eating In New Zealand. I’ve bookmarked all the Today.com blogs I frequent. It’s sad that Today.com has a knife at its members’ throats. Unless you have nothing else to do but write posts, I don’t think you’ll earn that $700 in a month. BTW, did you read On The Verge’s parting shot about you? Too bad I did not bother bookmarking her blog.

Thanks for dropping by my sites everyday.

I completely agree with you about Entrecard. When I joined Entrecard, I only wanted to get visitors to my site and just drop away. However, I found really amazing blogs and I now keep a looonnnngggg list of blogs that I want to go back to and read. Now, I only drop like less than 50 ‘coz I get so caught up reading really interesting blogs I visit everyday. Yes, everyday, there’s a new amazing blog to discover through Entrecard.

I so agree with Kathy. Yeah, most of the time, you’ll get “drop by” traffic but it’s up to you on how to keep them. Mine is not really a niche blog and I don’t get that much traffic but I’m enjoying the blogs that I’m discovering everyday. I just wish I can keep up! Hehehe.

The think I love about entrecard and a mark of how good the community is is everytime I click random blog on the EC toolbar and I have no fear. Blogger.com’s random button is a shortcut to spam and virus, on EC it leads to some of the most interesting content. Thank you for the thoughts.

Entrecard works for me! Sure a lot of the droppers just click and go, but some actually take time and read and comment. Like me!

With all the “hating” that’s been going on against EntreCard, I was beginning to think I was the only one who actually appreciate their service…some of these so-called marketers just don’t know what they’re missing :!:

BTW: I found you from an EntreCard ad you placed on my dashboard…that in and of itself proves EC’s effective advertising reach ;)

I appreciate Entrecard’s service and even though most visitors just drop by and leave immediately (I do it too), it helps wih the traffic. I have found many great blogs through my ‘dropping’ and remembered several that I now visit regularly. So, Entrecard is indeed useful :)

I have to completely agree that EC has the best blogs. Every single day that I’m out dropping (which is indeed every day), I find a new blog to bookmark or join their community or whatever. It’s such a wonderful place with some really great spaces to visit.

Now I’ll have to check out Eating in NZ!

It wasn’t long ago since I joined (right after rule ‘changed’), and since then I’m enjoying the increased traffic. And I also found quality blogs through Entrecard, so I’m not complaining.
BTW, those pictures make me hungry. Gotta go eat now.

I agree! EC is brilliant for finding other blogs with excellent information on them.
Its such a pity I had to see this post as I decided to detox all day and am not eating…. and the day has only just begun for me!!!

Good point of Entrecard. The best part of the system is that it makes it easier to categorize blogs. Google should take a page from this system.

  23. By Monica on Apr 26, 2009 | Reply

I have been a part of EC for awhile too. I’ve found some excellent blogs!

    ;) Good post

I more interested in the entrecard. I joined three days ago. By reading this article, the more interested to add my blog on entrecard.

Entrecard is amazing, but I’ve lately been falling short. I use to be ranked fairly high in the spirituality section but I just couldn’t maintain the demand of dropping 300 a day. There are a lot of amazing blogs though :P I found this blog through Entrecard actually. Go figure :)

I have to agree with you and many others that say EC is a great place to advertise and to learn all kinds of neat stuff. I am really getting educated here. I will check out this New Zealand site and see what all the chatter is about. Thanks for the post!

I also have a thing for Entrecard always have and could never really understand the negative reactions to them now and then. I’ve found many new readers by way of Ec. and in fact I’ve found your blog by way of you dropping your card on my blog, sorry I would love to give you my card except your price is a little high for me. Maybe soon. I also love to go around and read the different blogs and very seldom do I just drop a card and leave I’m not a drive by I’m a drop and read and get lost in the blogs. What’s the scoop with today.com? I will have to find out about all of that now. Thanks and keep up the great work. JJ

Yes, Entrecard provides more advantages than Spott. You can increase your blog traffic and make money. Unfortunately, most blogger focus on dropping EC blog now than doing SEO to gain more traffic. Thanks for sharing

EC is a good service, especially if you are starting a brand new blog.

But right now I’m not sure if I’m getting much traffic from it. I like Adgitize a little more, but it does require money to advertise.

I totally agree with you about the value of EC. I’ve found many interesting blogs that I visit regularly and it certainly has helped my blog gain some attention. Although I’ve never commented here before, I do enjoy reading some of the excellent advice provided. Keep up the good work!

    Cheers!
