It took me days but I did it by opening every emails to check what they were about exactly and click on the unsubscribed link... But i am still having trouble to keep my inbox free of clutter... My husband works from home and he complains about the kids because they think that he can hang out and play video games with them all day just because he's home. I've told him he needs to lock his office door but I think he feels guilty. I think one thing that would help is if he set up definite hours instead of working all hours - give the kids a time when it's alright to bug him. You are 100% right.
