Well good idea for some keywords. But when it comes to high competitive keywords it is already difficult to get one page up. To fill the first page of the Serps is almost impossible.
When I was reading the headline I thought the article is more about spamming the other site with bad links or something like that. I am happy that this is not the case!!!

Interesting.. but from what I see, It is basically the same as SEO technique. Pushing a website up to the top of SERP, the other website of course will be automatically push down. I still cannot tell what is the difference from SEO and these reverse SEO technique.

Interesting, I had never heard of reverse SEO before. It makes sense though, you have to manage your reputation if someone has said something bad about you, especially if it’s not true. If that’s the case you could use your blog to address the myth being spread about your business or product.
